FAQ's
How is the Starter tier different than the Business plan?
With the Starter plan you can have up to 3 spaces. If you would like to add in your own brand and have more spaces, you'll need to upgrade to the Pro plan.
How do I upgrade, manage, or cancel my subscription?
To alter your subscription, from your dashboard click on the Billing tab. From there, you'll be able to upgrade or cancel your plan.
Can I cancel my subscription at any point?
If you change your plan midway through your billing cycle, the prorated remaining monthly/annual balance will be credited back to your account.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. If you purchase a plan for 10+ members you can contact us and we'll issue an invoice that you can pay via bank transfer.
What happens when I max out my Starter account?
Once you reach your limit of 3 spaces you won't be able to create a new space. You can delete existing spaces to make room for new ones or upgrade to a paid tier.
Does everyone need a Benji account to collaborate?
No, you can invite people to join as a guest. Guests don't need to create an account with Benji. They join by simply putting in a name before joining the space. They have access to that space under that name so long as they don't clear their browser's cookies.
How do I get started?
When you sign up, you’re on the Starter plan by default. The Starter plan is designed for people just starting out. Once you surpass the need for 3 spaces or if you want to remove the Benji branding, upgrade to one of our paid tiers.

We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure along with extra safeguards to ensure your data remains secure.
